General Information

Parking / Bus Drivers / Directions

As your bus arrives at First Baptist Lavaca you will see the youth center on your right, the main sanctuary is to your left. Just passed the youth center on the right is the First Baptist Lavaca Main street parking lot. Please continue to the first street to your left and turn left. Behind the multi purpose building is the bus parking lot area.

For the purpose of the competition we will designate the following parking areas as follows:

Lot A - Youth Center Parking Area
Lot B - Directly Across From the Sanctuary
Lot C - Directly Behind the Multi Purpose Building (BUS PARKING AREA)
Lot D - Directly Behind the Sanctuary

Please come to the HIC (Hands In Christ) building and check in.

Your hosts will the walk your choir through the areas of the church so they may become familiar to the layout of the church facilities.

Please plan your arrival time so that you will have sufficient time to prepare for your performance.

After your choir has entered the building and checked in, all buses and other large vehicles will be directed to the appropriate parking area. Please see the map for choir drop-off, equipment drop-off and bus storage.

Directors and Bus Drivers are invited to enjoy our hospitality room located in the "to be announced". Take your shoes off, relax a little, chat awhile, and partake of fresh fruit, breakfast treat, juice, and hot coffee.

A nurse will be on site and available throughout the day. If any services are needed, help can be readily attained at the Information Table in the multi purpose building or Main Church Office.
