The Touch Of Love awards program is closed.
This has been a long and hard decision for me to make as the
award program has brought me great pleasure in the past, but due
to my health, my father being diagnosed with cancer, and the many personal
day to day projects, I find I do not have the time or the health to contiune
this program.
The many listings of the sites who have received the TOL Award or the safe rating
will remain for your surfing pleasure. Thank you for your understanding.
