Criteria and Scoring
Guidelines Updated 8-22-01

Websites are evaluated using a scoring system.
There are four levels of awards, with the following
point system use for judging.

Site evaluator makes the final decison on all levels
of awards presented.

A site may re-submit after 60 days if significant
changes to your site have been made.

A site must be in English. If you have a non english site and
offer a clearly marked link to a translated mirror site,
your site will be reviewed. Otherwise it is automaticly
disqualified.

All sites are viewed and judged in:
Netscape & Internet Explorer.
If your site is not compatible with both Netscape &
Internet Explorer it will disqualified!

An internet browser is an application which displays internet pages written in a programming language called HTML. Two of the most popular internet browsers include "Internet Explorer" and "Netscape Communicator".

"The differences between Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator do not represent a huge obstacle in web design in most cases, because clever programming solutions can accommodate these browser differences".
